show published and updated dates (change display order)

I have followed the step as per https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/how-to-show-published-and-updated-dates/ and it's working fine, but I was wanting to change the display order, instead of being on a single line.
Currently, it shows:
updated June 24, 2021 published: February 23, 2021 by name
I'd like (if possible):
published: February 23, 2021 by name
updated June 24, 2021

do you use the Block Editor ? And the GenerateBlocks plugin ? If so you can create your own Post Meta using the block editor:

I'm using Gutenberg, but nothing else. My site is very simple and plain.
Using GB to build your own custom post meta is the easiest and best method :)
