Hi, How do i disable hamburger and show full menu on mobile similar to a desktop site?

Something like site title on top (full width) and then the full menu beneath it:

    [site title/icon]
[menu item 1] [menu item 2] etc.

Is there a way to do this just for the secondary menu?

    Thank you
