Show entries in a static page with a particular design

Hello everyone.
I need to display posts on a static page, is it possible to do it with dynamic content and elements?
If not, I have seen the option to do it with WP Show Posts, in this case, is it possible to give a particular formatting (like an overlay effect) so that it has the same style that I have customized with Element - Template Content for Archives template?

No, not yet. We are working on it though.
And I would not recommend WP show posts either at this point, since we're trying to integrate the function with dynamic content in the future, WP show posts will no longer be supported by then.
You can give the WP loop block a try, though it's a little bit difficult to style sometimes.
