Hello!
I would like to create some pages with this layout http://demo.generatepress.com/
Each page will display posts from a blog category.
How can I do?

Hi Lus,
WordPress automatically creates category pages for you - go to "Posts > Categories" in your Dashboard and hover over your categories. You'll see a link to "View" the page, which will show all of the posts from that specific category.
You can see me using this on the development category of this site: https://generatepress.com/category/development
