show a notice or element by specific user role?

I have custom roles created in WP using WPFront User Role Editor.
Is there way to show a notice or element only to a specific user role?
I want to tell specific roles of logged-in users who are shopping the site that discounted pricing appears in the cart.
Is such a thing doable with GP?

Hi Allen,
I'm not sure how the plugin works, but worth to check if the user roles appear in GP's element.
Go to appearance > elements, create a new block element, under the display rules, check if the specific user role appears in the dropdown list.
