Should i change the H1 title tags on Blog post to H2?

I am running with a post Header with H1 tag and the blog posts titels are also H1. Is this a good practices or should i change the Blog post titles to H2? And if yes - how to do it?

Ok, so that site ( Search ) is using a Block Element -> Page Hero.
That element is titled: Post Header
You can find it in Appearance > Elements, or when viewing the post from the Admin Bar > Elements menu.

Edit that, in its Sidebar > Element tab, check the Disable title option, this will remove the second H1 being displayed at the top of the post content, and just show the H1 title in the hero section.

Then when you write a post, you can just start with H2 and smaller headings.
