Shortcodes in elements?

I notice a PHP warning relating to the search from template tag. What if you remove the Shortcode from the page content and the Hook so there is only the header element shortcode being displayed?

That gives me a new error...

{wp-realty searchpage} not found. Click here to fix this

I get the impression it relies on being output in the content template.
Have you spoken with the plugin author whether this is the case and what the workaround is?
