shortcode to element hook

Hi,
Tryid to find solution but didnt find.
How can i add shortcode to Element hook. If i add code under to hook it doesnt work, only show code.

Can you check if the execute shortcodes option is ticked?

If so, can you try adding the shortcode to a static page, let me know if it works there.
