[Resolved] Shortcode for plugin not workng

Hi All,

I’ve got GP theme where I am using the Profile Builder plugin. I have other Profile Builder shortcodes for this plugin that are working just fine throughout the site, but when I try to make a page for the password recovery shortcode, it doesn’t work.

The page I want is here:

I’ve placed the shortcode in the textedit area.

I’m using the default page template for GP (I created a new page so I could see if it was the page template, but just copied over the generic GP page.php without changes).

Is there something I’m missing? I suspect it’s the page template, but don’t know what it should read.

Hi there,

There isn’t anything in GP that can stop shortcode from executing.

Can you quickly switch to a twenty series theme and see if the same issue occurs?

If so you’d need to check with the plugin author.

I made an error– somehow the plug was accidentally de-activated! All fixed.
