Shortcode for list of category names

Dear GP Team,
On your category pages you have this element by standard, where all category names appear in a list as links, to browse through categories and have every single one backlinked.( See picture that i uploaded at the end of the message) Can it only be displayed automatically on the category pages or is it possible to display it on other pages as well with a shortcode or something like this?

Hi there,
that is an Elementor widget - i assume you have Elementor Pro - is it not possible to save that as a template to add elsewhere ? Might be best to check with Elementor support.
