Short product description isn't shown

I've started a Woocommerce project from scratch with no css or any additional functions. Can't make up my mind why the short product description is not seen on product page. I've done several theme resets, checked Woo setup with no result.
Could you please check the product page and admin page in screenshot and assist me to make the short product description visible.
