short description on related product

Hello.
When you see products on store page, you can see the short description.
However, on the product detail page, I can't see the short description on the related products.
On the setting, I checked both short description on page and single product.
Can you help with this?

The Short description is for the Single Product, not its related products.
GeneratePress has no control over whether the short description would be or wouldn't be shown in Related Products.

I have one more question.
On the sotre page, I added the short description by using the function that is made in generate theme.
but the length is too long.
I just want to show around 3 words or 20 characters.
Is there a way to adjust this?
