Shopping cart doubled up on tablet/mobile

I have a strange issue, it doesn't show on desktop or even if you resize the browser on desktop, but when I use my tablet/ipad/phone and I've got other people to look as well.

The shopping cart icon is there twice, one beside the other and I can't figure out why. Attached is an image showing it.

If I change it from the cart, to say the shopping bag, there is still the cart showing beside the shopping bag, so its almost like they aren't linked to one another.

Would anyone have any ideas?

can you try clearing the Autoptimize cache - then let me know

Thanks, it wasn't Autoptimize, but then that made me think to check WP Rocket and that is what was causing it. I've disabled it for now.
