shopping cart and deployment of mini cart in head position using hook

Hello using hook. How can I put the shopping cart on the right side of the header and display the contents of the mini cart? could you send me code for hook and css. please. Thank you.

You can turn on the navigation mini shopping cart at customizer > layout > Woocommerce:

Its default location should be after your primary navigation.
