Shop page issues - help

I've been building a staging site as I'm trying to move from the DIVI theme to the GeneratePress theme. I'm using the GeneratePress Tasty theme.
I'm using ElementorPro as my page builder. I'm trying to understand the pages...
When I click on "Shop" in the main menu, I go to this page. https://staging2.hundredacrefloral.com/shop/
There are two icons (placeholders) with no pictures --- one for plants, one for fresh flowers. I must be missing something!! This is ugly.
When I click on the "fresh flowers" under Shop on the Menu, I see this.

I don't want to see a long description of each product.
When I click on Shop on my main menu I want to see this...

I'd like to see this when I click on fresh flowers and when I click on plants under Shop on the main menu.

Hi there,
first off make sure you have the Woocommerce module enabled in Dashboard > Appearance > GeneratePress

This will add the GP customizer features for Woo.
1. That is a woo plugin placeholder image which means you need to edit the Product Categories and assign them an Image.
2. Go to Customizer > Layout > Woocommerce --> Shop and uncheck: Display short description
Now contrary to #1 and regarding the Elementor layout for the Shop page - thats not using the Woocommerce Shop page - its just a static page that id built in elementor with an Image and text. If thats whats required then you would:
1. Create a static page - called Shop Archive.
2. In Woocommerce > Setting > Products set the Shop to the newly created Shop Archive.
All this is doing is moving the auto generated Shop Archive page out of the way.
3. Now you can edit your original Shop page in Elementor to create that layout.
