I created a product here: https://mollygenemusic.com/product/music-as-medicine-10-day-course/
But I can’t seem to figure out where the shop is.
I have the link: https://mollygenemusic.com/shop/ But the product doesn’t display there. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you for your help in advance.October 5, 2020 at 8:03 pm #1473904Elvin
StaffCustomer SupportHi,
Perhaps the shop page isn’t set up yet. Can you check under WooCommerce > Product tab if it is properly pointed to your shop page?

Super helpful- So do I create a new page called shop and then add it to there? Do I do the same for the cart and all the other Pages it asks for in the advanced tab- Fo r example: it wants a page for cart, checkout etc.

Yes. They should all be set to avoid issues like this on all parts of WooCommerce.

I Created Cart
https://mollygenemusic.com/cart/But its just a blank page and it doesn’t show the items that I added?

StaffCustomer SupportYes because you have to add the appropriate displays for these pages.
Example:
For the checkout page, you have to add the a shortcode block and put the shortcode[woocommerce_checkout]
.You also have to do this on the other pages like the Cart page
[woocommerce_cart]

Amazing! Set them up- How do I set up the shop page? https://mollygenemusic.com/shop/
I tried the same code but it didn’t;t work?October 5, 2020 at 9:06 pm #1473951Asiya
I see that the shop is a place for the products- How do I have the shop display all the products that are offered?
October 5, 2020 at 9:07 pm #1473952Asiya
through buttons and permalinks or is there an easier way to have it display automatically what products I have?
October 5, 2020 at 9:12 pm #1473953Elvin
StaffCustomer SupportThe shop page, if pointed properly, doesn’t need the shortcode anymore.
Going back to the main issue:
Another possible reason product/s won’t show on the shop page is if they are not published yet. Even if they’re already made, if they’re still in “draft”, they won’t appear on the live site.

So here is the shop link: https://mollygenemusic.com/shop/
And here is a link to the product I created: https://mollygenemusic.com/product/music-as-medicine-10-day-course/How come the product is not showing up in the shop?
I pointed it to the right place on the backend.
Am I missing something else?
Thanks in advance for your help!!!!October 6, 2020 at 4:28 pm #1475466Elvin
StaffCustomer SupportAre the products published? if so, can you check their catalog visibility.
https://share.getcloudapp.com/Z4uyw0vEMake sure they’re set to display on shop and anywhere else you want them visible.
