Sharing a link on Whatsapp not showing up with its thumbnail

Hi there,
Recently, I have added generate press child theme. Since then while sharing a link on WhatsApp not showing up with its thumbnail.
Previously whenever I share a link of my site automatically a thumbnail shows up. Currently, there is no issue with Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, etc.,
The problem is only with Whatsapp.
Please help me to fix it.

It shouldn't have anything to do the child theme as the theme itself doesn't control this.
You'd need a plugin like YoastSEO or Rankmath for something like this.

I have been using Yoast SEO Premium plugin for 1 year. I never faced this issue.
Are you able to check with their support?
The theme itself really has no control over this.
