both of the settings are related to the Block Elements you have assigned to your Posts and Pages.
You will find the Block Elements in Dashboard > Appearance > Elements ( or when viewing a page, go to Admin Bar > Elements, it will list the ones being used ).

1. Edit the Block Element for the Blog Posts, select the post title Headline Block and adjust its typography settings.
2. Edit the Block Element for the Pages, select the Container Block and set its text alignment to centre.
