Settings dont work with Woocommerce

Hi
I have installed Woocommerce, but disabling certain settings, like sidebar, header, menu is not working.
In your home page you are mention that "Our theme is compatible with all the major WordPress plugins, including WooCommerce, "

Hi Edwin,
The metabox options (sidebar layout, disable elements etc..) will work on all pages except the main shop page. This is the same as the main posts page (blog).
WordPress ignores metabox settings on those main loop templates.
However, we can accomplish the same thing using CSS.
If you'd like to tell me which elements you're trying to disable on the main shop page, I can give you the code.
