[Support request] Setting up Convertbox email form

Hi!
I was instructed to add header code (I’d prefer this over their plugin) to set up Convertbox email form.

I don’t see the form displaying on the website (I open it in incognito) and just want to be sure that I’m adding the code appropriately.

Hi there,

no thats the wrong element.
Delete that element.

Then:

1. Appearance > Elements -> Add New –> Hook element.
2. Add your code to the Text Area.
3. Set the Hook to wp_head
4. Set the Display Rules -> Location to where you need it.
5. Publish the element.
