Setting Menu Target As Anchor

I can’t believe I have to ask this.
I’m using the Service site from the library and want to add a menu item to point to an anchor down the page. I’ve set the anchor tag, but I’ll be darn if I can tell how to have the menu item point to the tag.
Obviously, I’m missing something simple.

the menu item URL just needs to contain the #link.
So if your HTML Anchor(ID) is section you're menu item URL would be #section
Thanks for the quick response. After playing with it, I found I could do it with a new item, but there seemed to be no way to change an item from “page” to “custom link”. Correct?

Page is linked to the page :) You can't change its URL.
