Setting Logo + Menu in mobile view

In the mobile view, I have no navigation on the right side. When I click at the three small black lines, only a cross is coming, but no primary menu?
And same place, I saw in another thread the problem with the logo in mobile view.
But cant solve the problem. When I m changing the size of the mobile logo with "Menu Item height", it scales not in its original dimensions, its looks compressed?!

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

I deactivate all and get back plugin for plugin.
Now I can say (after a few test runs):
Problem Logo size/compressed: autoptimize plugin! When I activate, the Logo in mobile view will will have described problem.
Problem no menu after push the black x in mobile view: Next Gen Gallery! When I activate, no menu is coming after pushing the x.
Hope you can help to fix these problems. Special for the Next gen Gallery, because I use it often.

NextGen gallery is super buggy from what we've seen.

I would recommend a plugin like Envira if you can.
