Setting Default Header

Is there a way for a new page creation to automatically be assigned a default header? Specifically, when I have a user create a new job listing in WP Jobs Manager creates a new listing, the created page, by default has no header. I want to reduce the burden on the end user by having a default header set.
Possible?

If it's a single post within a custom post type, you should see it listed in "Pages Headers > Global Locations" under the "Post Types - Single" heading.
