Set page as a blog with only one category

Hi!
I want to show in a page all 'x'-category entries or set the page as a blog only for 'x'-category. Also I would like to create more than a blog (or page showing categories).
Is this possible? I really like Mansory style

WordPress creates a page for each category by default.
Go to "Posts > Categories" in your Dashboard, hover over your category name and you'll see a "View" link.
You can also add these pages to your menu by going to "Appearance > Menus" and using the "Categories" module on the left.
