set layout option as default

Hi,

After a quick search, I didn't find what I'm looking for .. and hoping for it to be possible.

How can I specify a default state for the layout options metabox. ex I would like to have no sidebars by default when creating a new post/page, or full width with 0 Widget in footer

Ok, in the same topic, is it possible to deactivate some elements by default, say Content Title or Top Bar, ?

Top bar should be hidden by default if there is nothing in the top bar widget area.
