Set hook for after featured image?

Hi there, I am trying to get my link disclaimer box to show up below my featured image. Is it possible to create a featured image hook? Right now my only option is “Below Title”, but I don’t want it that far up, before the featured image.

Is the featured image set to below title currently?
If so try the after_entry_header hook with a priority of 10.
