Serving Google fonts locally still outputs Google font tags

I realize these aren't critical, but I don't think GP should output

<link rel=”dns-prefetch” href=”//fonts.gstatic.com”>

If none of the fonts selected under Typography are set to use "Google fonts" (I serve them locally).

That HTML Comment kinda makes me think those have been Hooked in. Any GP Hooks or functions that may be doing that ?
