Service Theme - background colored container not showing full width

Hi
I was playing around with the service theme and have 2 background-coloured section (container) which needs to be full width like the header in the homepage. But I am unable to get them to be full width. Any idea how to fix it?
Hi there,
are "Why a school exclusively for 2-18 months infants?" and "Satisfied Parents" the ones who should be on full width?
IF so, select these container blocks and set them to align full as shown here:
