Serve scaled images issue on my home and category page
can you please check and give some solution

Resize your images. For example most of your homepage images are being scaled to 409x273px so resize those images to those dimensions. But if these images are used throughout the website in different sizes, you should check media settings, as wordpress will create several different sizes (large,medium,thumbnail etc) during upload.

You can set the image size in Customize > Layout > Blog: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adjusting-the-featured-images/
