I am getting the following suggestions in pagespeed insight and GTmetrix:
Serve images that are appropriately-sized to save cellular data and improve load time.

Hi there,
looks like those images are being output using some block plugin that is only outputting the original images. You would need to take the matter up with the Block Plugin author as
the Theme has no control over this.
ahan and what about inner post pages?
The majority of those images are also being added by a plugin that is serving only the full size image.
