separate cover image for mobile, desktop and tablet on homepage

I like to add different cover images for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
And I would also like to add an h1 header, paragraph, and a button on each page.
Is it possible?
Currently, I have merged the homepage cover image with the navigation panel. but the homepage cover image is not looking good because of different screen size. So i like to solve the issue with different cover images.

What im asking is that is it possible to create 3 separate elements for creating different page hero for mobile desktop and tablet (only on homepage)
Hi there,
Elements doesn't have an option to target devices.
However, you could build three separate heroes and hide/show them based on their class names within media queries.
GenerateBlocks Pro allows you to show/hide its blocks based on devices directly in the UI.
