Separate containers not working

I am trying to separate my containers in the layout section, but after choosing the SEPARATE CONTAINER option it remains as one container, I am not able to fix this issue, Please Help.
Hi there,
Its working but you won't see it if your Customizer > Color > Body > Background color is the same as the Customizer > Color > Content > Background color. Change one of them to a different color to see it.
