Separate Blog Posts By Category!

Hi
I have created this site importing from the "CHARGE" demo site from the GeneratePress Site Library.
Currently, it's showing all the blog posts in just one section, like here - https://prnt.sc/tk2ep0
Could you please tell me if there is any way I can sort and show posts by category?
Ideally, I would like to show 3 or 6 posts from one category with some title before the posts, and then another set to posts from a different category with a different title.
Any idea?
One more thing, I know I could maybe achieve this using the Elementor but I would rather not use any page builder and slow down the site. I like it that the site loads super fast using this demo site.

you would need to use the WP Show Posts plugin. With it you can create your various Posts lists:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-show-posts/
Then you can create a new static page, add your content and the shortcodes for your WP Show Posts lists.

Any idea how will I be able to use the "Home Hero Header" I have with a new static home page?
And, do you have any recommendations for faster demo sites from the GeneratePress Site Library?
The Hero is created with a header element that is set to Display on the Front Page.
Once you create you Static page and set it to Home Page in Dashboard > Settings > Reading it will use that header
