Separate blog entries on category pages

hello, I would like that you help me please, I was searching on the internet, but not found nothing :c I need to put in the home page the last entries of the blog, and when someone will do click on one category on the main menu of the blog, it displays only the entries of that category, please help me

You can display posts on your home page using a plugin like WP Show Posts: https://en-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-show-posts/
To add categories to your main menu, click the "Categories" box on the left in "Appearance > Menus". It will list the categories which you can then add to the menu area.
