SEO question

Hi there,

I'd like to have a quick SEO question, hopefully you can help with it.

Best to ask my question through an example:
Let's say I write my blog article in WordPress's Classic text editor (i.e. the basic editor that comes with the core WP).

My article gets indexed by Google and it achieves a good position. Some years later, I decide that I want to format my blog post page, so I decide to design it with Elementor (or Gutenberg). So I edit the blog post, create some nice design and copy the EXACT SAME blog post text from the WP Classic Editor into an Elementor (or Gutenberg) text widget.

So after I save the changes, the very same text will appear on this blog post page, with the exception that this text is now 'stored' in one of Elementor's (or Gutenberg's) text widget instead of WP'S Core classic editor.

Would this affect SEO? Does Google recognize this as a new text (and thus it has to index it again) given that I 'deleted' the previous? Does Google look at the 'surface' only or look at the code when it indexes pages? If it's the latter then I'd assume my SEO will be impacted because my text is suddenly stored somewhere else even though it's the same.
