Hello,
Which plugin would you recommend, All In One SEO Pack or Yoast?
Or is there another SEO plugin that works better with Generatepress?

Both of them should work fine w/ GeneratePress.
This is pretty subjective and is pretty much out of our support's scope.
But for the sake of helping you out, consider this:
I'd add Rankmath to the mix of choices you have.
