Seller Theme: How to position widget below social menu bar

When I add a widget to Footer Widget 1, it shows above the Social Menu bar, which I don't want.
How do I make it show below the Social Menu bar? I'm trying to add social media icons using HTML.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
