Seller Theme: Can't Add Menu Item to Primary

I created a new Category under Products, but when I go to Appearance > Menus, I can't add the said Category to Primary - Seller.
Am I missing something?

Are you able to add/edit the menu at all?
Under Appearance > Menus > Add Menu Items
I can't seem to add the category I created, that's what I'm saying.
Why is that? What are the steps?

if you're trying to add a Product Category you must enable that option in Appearance > Menus > Screen Options.
