Recently, there has been an unauthorized link from outside the site called cafrande.org. Could it be a security breach?
If you're seeing links inserted into your site that aren't from you, then yes it's likely you've been hacked at some point. You'll want to run a scan on your site (there's tons of WP security scans out there if you do a quick search).
