Secure installation

Hi,
I recently purchased GP Pro regarding the production of a new website for my client. Since I'm not going to be the only person working on clients server - there's Cloud Server admin (with root access of course), as well as other developers who also have access to the server (not to my knowledge at what security level - but let's suppose they are friends with Admin).
Now if I install GP Pro plugin, will other Server users who have access be able to download it from WP plugins directory (read - steal it) and then re-use it for their own projects? This is certainly something I do not want to happen, and regarding the situation with clearances - it is just as it is, these are client's rules not mine.

Technically, they could. However, they don't have access to your license key (unless they're very comfortable with servers etc..) or your user account.
