Sections responsive + subtitle on header

Good morning!
I have a little issue.
1. Header
I'm using page headers feature. Now the page headers appears with a page title (<h1>{{post_title}}</h1>).
I'm looking for to insert a sub-title under the header, but i need it would like be different on each page. For this reason, the post_title does'nt work for this case. It is posible?
2. Responsive columns (Elementor plugin)
When we create one section with two colums, on a desktop version it's OK. But, on a mobile phone version the column it is one under the another. I don't want this. I would like mantein the original structure. I'm using Elementor plugin. Another option is use the "sections"...
Is it posible?
