Sections help needed

Hi Support
I’m a pro user. When using Sections the title of the post disappears. Why is that?
Could you tell me what sections are for exactly.
I have tried to use the help videos but they really are pretty hopeless. Can’t see the cursor, what it’s clicking or why. There’s no commentary which makes it even worse.
Sorry to complain because I love the theme speed. I’m just lost with using the pro version.

Sections is meant to be a simple page builder which let you create blocks.
Is the example you are showing just blog posts of certain category?
If so it would be much simpler to use Tom's WP Show posts:

Yes as it's a separate plugin.
I would recommend trying the free version first as it should able to achieve the example you linked already.
