Box Type: Full Width (default)
Inner Box Type: Contained (default)
Is there anyway to change this setting so that it defaults to:
Box Type: Full Contained
Inner Box Type: Contained

Change it so that's the default on every newly created page?
Not currently I'm afraid - it's something I want to add to Sections and Page Headers in the near future though (the ability to filter the defaults).
