Sections and Visual Composer

I’ve created sections on my home page. then downloaded Visual Composer. VC elements are not showing on the front end. The Sections Add-on and Visual Composer don’t seem to be compatible. Is that correct? Use either or, but not both?

Unfortunately VC (and other page builders) are developed to look specifically for the default content area provided by WordPress.

Our Sections add-on is a super simplified page builder, so it creates new content areas that these other page builders don’t support (because they don’t know they exist).

It’s the same thing as VC and other page builders not being compatible together at once on the same page.

However, you should be able to create something similar to what you created in Sections with VC on a regular page – Sections is great if you want something simple and lightweight (my preference over using plugins like VC).
