Sections and Mobile Menu

Hi Tom
I see lots of nice changes to sections and stuff following the last updates.
One issue I seem to be having though is the mobile menu generally doesn't retract after a link selection is made on a single page scrolling type site? I assume its potentially because the page doesn't physically reload.
Any ideas on a solution ?
Maybe you still have the credentials/details I emailed you about a month ago. You could log in and have a look?
Failing that, I may go live with it later today or tomorrow.
