Section titles..?

It would be nice if I could give my sections custom titles instead of the title being grabbed from the section content. For example, in some sections I am simply using a shortcode to display a widget so my section name looks like this: [widget id="recent-posts-3"]
It would be nice if I could give the section a name like Recent Posts for my website admins so they know what the section contains or what the shortcode does.
Can you please implement this feature or give me some suggestions for how I can accomplish this?
Had this request a couple weeks ago as well.
I want to keep the number of options down, as there's already a lot of values being saved to the database, but I think this would be a great feature.
