I have a section where the title has an inch symbol ” but when i save it and then go back in to edit it, it just shows the text before the ” symbol

Ah, no – just confirmed this.
Will try to get it fixed for the next version 🙂
Looked into this, and I believe it’s some sort of conflict with the javascript rendering of the modal unfortunately.
Until I’m able to find a fix, I would just avoid using ” in your titles.
