[Support request] Section of site not mobile responsive

Hi, I am finding that the contact section of my site is not displaying on mobile or tablet devices. I have turn off all the extra plugins and the issue is still there. The wordpress mobile mock up view shows it fine as you can see here shorturl.at/lqEKZ but on actual devices it is not the case? Mobile – shorturl.at/DHTY6, Tablet – shorturl.at/uzBQ2. The url has a lock on it at the moment until the issue is resolved but if anyone would like to see you can access with
