Section Missing

Have looked through the various problems / solutions but cannot find a solution. I have not got .svg plugin installed, which was one. The feature I am most keen to get working is the full width graphics and backgrounds. I sense to do that one needs the sections option working.
Any help much appreciated.

Sorry so is the question here that you cannot find the Sections editor?
If so make sure the add-on is activated:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/installing-gp-premium/#activate-your-modules
Then you can turn it on in the editor:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/sections-overview/
It should be unrelated to SVG plugin or any other plugins.
