Section add-on french translation issue on padding

Hi Tom,

There is an error in labels of the padding option in the Section panel. "Top" and " Bottom" are inverted.
exemple : https://www.lesmatoirsdos.fr/img/Section-padding_panel.png

"bas" = "bottom" and "haut" = "top". Now, it's not the case.
